Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your extra virgin olive oil must meet the following criteria:

  • The bottle must remain unopened and in its original packaging.
  • The seal on the bottle must be intact and unbroken.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

If your item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to decline the return request.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zlatna.be or call us at +32 (0)4 84 82 88 48. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will work quickly to resolve any issues.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of extra virgin olive oil, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened bottles or bottles with a broken seal.
  • Items that have been tampered with or improperly stored after delivery.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for extra virgin olive oil. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must remain unopened, with the seal intact and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at info@zlatna.be.
